Biography
Gwenael has over 15 years of experience in early-stage investment. He began his career in the venture team of the Siparex Group (now Xange), before joining Kreaxi, a regional early stage VC, in 2012. In 2022, Gwenael joined Bpifrance as an Investment Director. To date, he has financed and supported over thirty seed technology companies, primarily in the fields of industry and healthcare, such as Amoeba (IPO), I-TEN, Wattsense (Siemens), Argosim (Dassault Systèmes), Extrality (Ansys), Docea Power (Intel), Per Angusta (SpentHQ), Mecaware, Diabeloop, PulseLife, and Theranexus (IPO).
Gwenael is an engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and EM Lyon.

Bpifrance's equity investments are managed by Bpifrance Investissement. Bpifrance finances companies - at every stage of their development - with credit, guarantees and equity. Bpifrance supports them in their innovation and international projects. Bpifrance now also supports their export activities through a wide range of products. Consulting, university, networking and acceleration programs for startups, SMEs and ETIs are also part of the services offered to entrepreneurs.
