We are looking for a Maintenance Cryogenic Engineer
What awaits you every day at Quobly:
Technical challenges
- You will be in charge of equipment management.
- You will be in charge of preventive maintenance: planning and organizing regular maintenance
- You will be in charge of corrective maintenance: responding to specific problems
- You will be in charge of monitoring ongoing actions
- You will have close relationship with suppliers (monitoring installation/maintenance/breakdowns)
- You will have to draft the documentation:
Thermal characterization of cryostats for each modification
Characterization of cabling for each modification
Drafting of procedures (use, assembly/disassembly, change of status)
Installation/Purchase:
- You will be responsible for the installation of new equipment and the upgrade of existing systems.
- You will oversee the procurement, specification, and sizing of equipment, consumables, upgrades, and replacement parts
- You will manage maintenance budgets
Laboratory life:
- You will ensure the proper use of equipment to improve the safety performance of facilities.
- You will prepare and maintain required reports and documentation.
- You will ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- You will procure small equipment and supplies as needed.
- You will organize and coordinate logistics related to facility management.
- You will manage contractors and on-site personnel in a cross-functional and collaborative manner.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with talented people, in a culture of transparency and autonomy
- Work hand in hand with our technical teams.
- Contribute to the success of the industrial collaborations with CEA and CNRS
You are special because:
- You hold a degree in process engineering, thermal engineering, or a similar field.
- You have significant experience in cryogenics.
- You have knowledge of RF.
- You have in-depth knowledge of extreme cold and the additional risks involved.
- You are curious, proactive, and creative.

- You like teamwork.
